This Part provides for two (2) types of uses which are as follows:
A. Permitted Uses. Uses listed as permitted uses in all districts shall require no special action by the Planning Commission or Zoning Hearing Board before a zoning permit is granted by the Zoning Officer.
B. Conditional Uses. Uses listed as conditional uses in all districts shall, prior to the issuance of a zoning permit by the Zoning Officer, be subject to review and recommendation by the Planning Commission and approval by the Supervisors in accordance with §§704 and 705 hereof.
