1. All complaints regarding the collection of municipal waste and/or recyclables shall initially be reported to the authorized collector. Any complaint that the authorized collector fails to resolve shall be reported, in writing, to the Township.
2. The Township Board of Supervisors shall have the right to investigate all complaints and to determine the validity of any complaints received from any person as to the failure of an authorized collector’s failure to act in accordance with this Part. (Ord. 217, 12/8/2015, §100-26)
