The storage, collection, and disposal of refuse in the in the park shall be so managed as to not create health hazards, rodent harborages, insect-breeding areas, accident or fire hazards or air pollution, and shall be in accordance with Smithfield Township Ordinances. (Ord. 128, 4/26/1994)
