LICENSE – the written approval as issued by the Zoning Officer, authorizing a person to operate and maintain a mobile home park under the provisions of this Part.

MOBILEHOME – a transportable single-family dwelling intended for permanent occupancy, contained in one (1) unit, or in two (2) or more units designed to be joined into one (1) integral unit capable of again being separated for repeated towing, which arrives at a site complete and ready for occupancy except for minor and incidental unpacking and assembly operations, and constructed so that it may be used without a permanent foundation.

MOBILEHOME PARK – any plot of ground which is leased or rented, and upon which two (2) or more mobilehomes occupied for dwelling or sleeping purposes are located.

MOBILEHOME LOT – a parcel of land in a mobilehome park, improved with the necessary utility connections and other appurtenances necessary for the erection thereon of a single mobilehome.

OWNER - any individual, firm, trust, partnership,. corporation, company, association, or other legal entity which rents or leases spaces in a mobilehome park.

RECREATIONAL VENICLF; TRAVEL TRAILER - a truck-mounted camper, an auto, truck, van or bus built or, adapted for vacation living, a folding tent camper, and similar devices used for temporary portable housing.

RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PARK - any plot of ground which is leased or rented, upon which two (2) or more tents, camping trailers, travel trailers, pick-up coaches, motor homes, or any combination thereof, occupied for dwelling or sleeping purposes are located. Mobilehomes are prohibited in recreational vehicle parks.

SERVICE BUILDING - a structure which contains operational, office, recreational, sanitary, maintenance, or other facilities built for the use of the mobilehome park residents or owner.

SEWER CONNECTION - all pipes, fittings and appurtenances from the drain outlet of the mobile home to the inlet of the corresponding sewer riser pipes.

SEWER RISER PIPE - that portion of the sewer lateral which extends vertically to the ground elevation and terminates at each mobilehome lot.

WATER CONNECTION - all pipes, fittings and appurtenances from the water riser pipe to the water inlet pipe of the distribution system within the mobilehome.

WATER RISER PIPE - that portion of the water service pipe which extends vertically to the ground elevation and terminates at a designated point on each mobilehome lot.

WATER SERVICE PIPE - all pipes, fittings, valves and appurtenances from the water main of the park distribution system to the water outlet of the distribution system within the mobilehome. (Ord. 128, 4/26/1994)
